About The Practitioner

Alma Pham, MPH, CES, CMT

I have over 18 years of experience in the sport therapy industry. Subsequent to completing my undergraduate work at Sacramento State University in Kinesiology for Pre-Physical Therapy/Athletic Training, I worked under the head athletic trainer at Cosumnes River College, where I helped manage injuries for soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, track and field, and water polo. I came on board with C.K. McClatchy High School as the Head Athletic Trainer, where I gained additional experience with football and wrestling. Clinically, I worked at Sutter Davis Physical Therapy, where I was responsible for designing a rehabilitation program for patient athletes that were recovering from sports injuries or post-surgeries - using therapeutic exercise and massage therapy. Later, I pursued a Master's Degree in Public Health at San Jose State University, to be an advocate for worksite wellness.

I obtained a certification as a Morales Method® Pain Specialist to help active individuals restore optimal movement and reduce pain with orthopedic bodywork and corrective exercises. I developed my practice so that I can continue doing what I love, to help athletes continue doing what they love.

I enjoy the partnership that I have with my client athletes: the collaborative effort, knowledge, trust, and confidence; it empowers them to perform at their best.
